Transport Malta

Transport Malta is a Maltese Government entity which regulates Malta's policy and implementation of Land, Aviation and Maritime transportation. 

The Transport Malta organization's goals are to promote interconnectivity throughout Maltese localities in a safe and sustainable manner. This is done by creating regulatory measures for transportation and vehicular safety in Malta, as well as other related entities.

Currently, Transport Malta is made up of the following directorates:

  • Integrated Transport Strategy Directorate
  • Ports and Yachting Directorate
  • Merchant Shipping Directorate
  • Land Transport Directorate
  • Civil Aviation Directorate
  • Corporate Services Directorate
  • Enforcement Directorate
  • Information and Communication Technology Directorate

These directorates work in parallel to deliver on local and international interests offor adequate and sustainable travel modes available.travel.
