Malta Public Transportis the national bus operator responsible to operate all public transport services by bus on the Maltese islands. Tallinja operates buses all around Malta and Gozo. You can pay by cash, Tallinja Card or contactless in some of the buses.
The Tallinja Card is your personalised contactless bus card that allows you to benefit from cheaper fares. It also allows for quicker boarding. Different cards and fares are available for children, students, adults, kartanzjan holders (retirees), disability card holders and Gozo residents.
